Day 1: Johannesburg – Quirimbas Archipelago
Today after departing Johannesburg you will embark on your indulgent Honeymoon Journey set in the scenic Quirimbas archipelago of Mozambique. On arrival in Pemba you will be met and be transferred to Ibo Island lodge where you will have the day to settle in to your lodge
Day 2 – Day 7: Quirimbas Archipelago
Once lost in time and known to only a lucky few Ibo Island has fast become one the most sought after secret Mozambique honeymoon and romantic island destinations. Set sail on an ancient romantic Arab sailing dhow bound for our hidden sand bank beach surrounded by turquoise Ocean and the softest of white sand. Sip champagne from our Bedouin tent bar set up especially for you before snorkelling off into clear warm waters to seek out our tropical fish and playful dolphins that inhabit the waters around Ibo. Take a massage, indulge in a cocktail at one of our pools and soak up the exotic island atmosphere.
For couples wanting to enjoy their time alone, castaway picnics and private candlelit honeymoon dinners set for two under the stars in special secret places on the island will create memories for a lifetime.
