Hippo Hollow offers stylish accommodation overlooking picturesque gardens, or the mighty Sabi River. Enjoy a variety of mouth-watering dishes, whilst watching the grazing of the Hippopotamus on the lawn against the backdrop of a sunset.

Retreat in the comfort to one of the 37 thatched semi self-catering chalets or 54 hotel rooms, which either overlook the picturesque gardens with its two swimming pools or the mighty Sabi River.

There are three types of accommodation available: River chalets, Garden chalets and Hotel Rooms.

Children •Children under 12 years of age can only be accommodated at the River Chalet.

Directions

Directions from Johannesburg or Pretoria 

From Johannesburg or Pretoria, take the N12 or N4 highway to Nelspruit and White River, then take the R40 to Hazyview. At the T – Junction turn left into Hazyview. Cross over 3 stop streets and follow the Hippo Hollow Country Estate signs. Just after the Sabi Road turn-off, you will see the Hippo Hollow Country Estate on the left.
